What is Conscious Gapless Breathing?

This process is a powerful breathing technique given by  Mohanji to the world.

Normal breathing in itself brings freshness within. When done in a systematic way as given through CGB, it brings about cleansing and detox from deep within the cellular level. The end result is one of freshness and bliss in all the four levels of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states.

CGB combines specific type of breathing in certain positions. There are seven steps through which you will be guided by an acharya with varying degrees of breathing. Participation does not require exposure to yoga or flexibility.

Duration

It approximately takes an hour to learn the method after which it can be practised at home. It will be conducted by trained Mohanji Acharyas.

When can this be done?

It can be done in the morning as a stand-alone practice or can be combined with yoga/meditation in the beginning.

Who can do it?

It can be done by all except pregnant ladies and those who suffer from seizures, epilepsy, vertigo; people with severe heart problem and blood pressure.
