113 fruit trees planted in Turkey
Mohanji and our team had a successful trip to Turkey from 2nd to 4th October, 2021. This was an initiative by Mohanji Acharya, Ambika Mohanji. The volunteers met many people who have enthusiastically promised to support Mohanji Foundation in Turkey.
On 2nd October, 113 fruit trees were planted in Gurleyik, a small village close to Eskishehir.
In Eskishehir, the team strengthened their friendship with the owner of Haber TV and newspaper. Mohanji supported a young man Toprak who suffers from SMA (a rare genetic disease) by donating money for treatment that was expensive.
In the same city, Eskishehir, on October 3rd, a satsang with Mohanji was organised for the women of a Lion`s club. The next day, October 4th, the team had dinner with the Rotary club members. More than 20 honourable people from Eskishehir joined this dinner to meet Mohanji and express gratitude to Him, for adding value to their country.
“This trip to Turkey has been very fruitful,” says Mohanji Acharya Ambika.
The future plans for Turkey in the following year include:
- Establishing Mohanji Foundation and bring in various platforms created by Mohanji for the benefit of the people
- Planting 10,000 trees across the country of Turkey
